Adbhut Rognivarak Hanuman Mantra
This is a Hanuman Mantra.
One has to start chanting this mantra from Shukla Paksha (Bright Moon) tuesday or saturday
Use Rudraksh Mala for counting.
Do 11 malas daily
keep hanuman picture where he get back after taking sanjivini (Parbat - Rock)
If you are doing this mantra upay for someone else you have to take some water in vassel and chant the mantra. After completing give water to the person who is the sick.
Or else if you are doing this mantra upay for yourself drink the abhimantrit water.
If any one is having serious diesease or physical problem take sankalp for the cure before starting the Mantra chanting.
Brahm Muhurat is preferable .
