Gayatri is said the divine Universal force in Hindus. Panchmukhi gayatri represents Panch Tatva ( Agni, Prithvi , Jal , Vayu , Aakash) alongwith Panch Pran.

Mantra:
ॐ भूर भुवः स्वः ॐ तत्स वितुर वरेण्यम ॐ भर्गो देवस्य धीमहि ॐ धियो यो नः प्रचोदयात ॐ 

This is it. One can start mantra chanting from shukla paksha thursday or ekadashi or amavasya or poornima in brahm muhurat ( Around 4 to 6) everyday.
